In 2018, Dr. Cyndy Karras opened this consulting practice to address the need for bilingual professional development trainings and consulting for early childhood educators, professionals, and parents in Austin.

The well-being of children and families has been at the forefront of Cyndy’s academic and professional career for the past 10 years. She has held positions in the academic, public, private, and non-profit sectors working directly with children, parents, community leaders, and early childhood educators to emphasize the importance of how early experiences shape the brain.

From the five boroughs of New York City to Austin, TX, Cyndy has served as a Research Assessor, a preschool-teacher, a center director, and as an Assistant Professor of Practice at the University of Texas at Austin and she is eager to share her passion about early childhood development with you!
